Telesales Business Developer

Our client in the manufacturing sector, based in Huddersfield are seeking a talented telesales business developer to join the team.

This role will be based in their head office, offering a competitive salary and potential OTE of £30,000+.

What does the role entail?

As a Telesales Business developer working you will contact care facility database to promote and sell Care Essentials range of products. Generating new leads for larger potential for the field team, whilst providing product advice for potential and existing clients and managing accounts for national procurement group members. You will be carrying out daily activities such as directing potential clients to order bedroom products via the website, including building a relationship with the field sales team and gain an understanding of the market.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Telesales Business Developer role you must be experienced with a CRM type platform and would have capable IT skills to support necessary communication both internally and with customers. No formal experience in the manufacturing industry is required as full training will be provided (but this would be preferred)

You will be a diligent organiser with the ability to work under pressure whilst following a Right First-Time procedure, self-motivation is key for this role. Previous growth success in a telesales role is essential along with persuasive negotiating skills
