My client, a highly successful accountancy practice, are looking to add an experienced Payroll andBookkeeper Administrator to their team to aid with their continued growth plans.  

Benefits:

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Payroll and Bookkeeper Administrator:

  • Managing the full payroll process for a varied portfolio of clients
  • Bookkeeping for annual accounts, monthly/quarterly VAT returns
  • Handling client and other third party payroll and bookkeeping associated queries
  • Working in association with Client Managers and Directors

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Payroll and Bookkeeper Administrator:

  • Previous experience within a practice environment is essential
  • Experienced user of BrightPay and Xero payroll is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to nurture strong colleague and client relationships
