HMP Belmarsh is a category A Prison located in South East London, close to Plumstead and Woolwich Arsenal stations. The prison houses around 675 patients with a variety of needs include complex physical and mental health. Within this role you will be working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team providing excellent clinical care and treatment. Salary This is a part time role working 8 hours/ 2 sessions per week, with a salary of up to £125,400 FTE per annum depending on experience How will we support you? Main duties of the job

As a member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will .

Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management. Prescribing for patients, regularly review medications and monitor repeat prescriptions. Provide a highly specialist resource to other members of the healthcare team at site, as well as the patients you work with having active involvement in clinical governance and effectiveness activities. Including diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate in line with guidelines and pathways.
