Position Available: Year 3 Primary Teacher

Location: Brent, London

Are you a passionate and dedicated educator with a desire to inspire young minds? Protocol are currently seeking an enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join our team in the vibrant community of Brent, London.

Position Overview: As a Year 3 Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that ignite curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning in our students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student progress, and creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all learners.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to achieve their full potential.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to enhance learning experiences and promote critical thinking and creativity.
  • Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support the holistic development of students and foster strong home-school partnerships.
  • Establish clear expectations for behavior and conduct within the classroom, modeling positive attitudes and values for students to emulate.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and engage in reflective practice to continually enhance your teaching practice and subject knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to innovate and embrace new approaches to teaching and learning.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
