JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Location: Hale, Cheshire
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, variable shifts including some weekends (5 days a week)
Salary: Competitive, reflecting your skills and experience

Hale Country Club & Spa is recruiting for a full-time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for food and beverage, ready to deliver exceptional service and enhance the dining experience for our esteemed members and guests.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work in all areas of Food & Beverage, including Bar, Restaurant, and Outdoor Terrace.Welcome members and guests in a polite and friendly manner.Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.Prepare setups for tables.Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.Up-sell with the latest departmental incentives.Ensure compliance with brand standards.Strive to achieve departmental targets.Ensure cleanliness of work areas.Comply with club security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.Comply with local licensing laws.Be environmentally aware.Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
