The Role:

 You are a leader for this region who can develop strong relationships with managers and employees alike to resolve any employee relation issues, to provide strategic advice on HR/recruitment matters, and to drive the implementation of global HR and corporate initiatives in this region. You will have additional responsibilities for HR due diligence and integration related to M&A activities. You must have strong labour law knowledge and effectively and efficiently be able to hire (contract) and terminate employment relationships under UK law and practice.

This is a Hybrid role. You will be required to work a minimum of - days at the office.

What you will do:

Educate and advise managers on statutory or regulatory requirements in one or more areas of staff management such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection and performance management Oversee the HR Administrator in the region, and acts as an escalation point for all HR matters.  Manage all employee relations cases including grievances. Support recruitment - TA Acquisition; including onboarding and ongoing performance reviews and entering into employment contracts with appropriate candidates. Manage benefits administration to include employee enrolments and termination, claims resolution, change reporting to carriers and brokers, and timely communication of benefits information and eligibility to employees as well as provide consultations on changes in such benefits. Responsible for the data integrity of local employee records on the HRIS system. Manage annual compensation review including salary, bonuses and commissions; and Other duties as required

What you bring:

- years (minimum) of HR Generalist experience in the UK. Proven record of managing HR in a multi-regional setting is strongly preferred. Please specifically indicate whether you have working experience outside of the UK. Previous experience managing an HRIS, preferably BambooHR. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to interact in a positive manner with team members utilizing tact, diplomacy and compromise. Demonstrated superior organizational and time management skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel. Being multilingual is a significant asset.
