Job Title: Art and Design Lecturer

Location: Romford, London

Job Type: Part-time

Hours: 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Friday - but can be flexibility if this doesn't quite fit your availability).

Teaching Level 1 and Level 2 Art & Design, including Horizons (SEND) class

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and creative Art and Design Lecturer to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students at Level 1 and Level 2, including those in the Horizons (SEND) class.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality art and design lessons.
  • Assess and monitor student progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching art and design at Level 1 and Level 2.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
