Working as part of the Operations Team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of an excellent student and colleague experience. You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Unit’s activities.

Key Accountabilities

To provide a professional and proactive service to colleague, students and visitors with a clear focus on customer service To provide general administrative support as required, including (but not exclusively) booking travel, purchasing, deliveries, assisting with the running of events, administering mail and stocks of consumables, day to day correspondence, reception services and diary management. To clearly communicate and disseminate information as requested and to maintain up to date unit records To act as secretary to meetings including logistical arrangements such as room bookings, agenda preparation and circulation, minute taking and monitoring progress of actions To undertake an active role in the health and safety management of a designated office, contributing to the maintenance of a safe working environment for colleagues and visitors To contribute to the effective and efficient running of School offices through a team approach, providing assistance to colleagues as appropriate. To work as part of a wider Faculty and unit team and to undertake other duties within the scope and general nature of the grade which may be required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
