Multi-Services Team Assistant

Job title: Multi-Services Team Assistant

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, rotating between 08:30-17:00 and 09:00-17:30

Purpose of the role

Key Responsibilities

Meeting, greeting, and interacting with visitors Switchboard call handling Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests Ordering, organizing, and assisting with hospitality and events Setting up audio/visual systems and troubleshooting problems Populating data collection workbooks Actioning any reasonable task instructed by your Line Manager
