TheRole
You will focus on two main areas: building strongrelationships with optometrists and supporting audiologists to meetor exceed their annual budgets.

Key FocusAreas:
Provide exceptional service and support to ourbusiness partners and their teams to create optimal conditions forsuccess.
Bring hearing care to life in each new partnerpractice within a defined 6week launch plan.
Ensure acoordinated impactful and positive launch experience for each newpartner practice facilitating audiologist involvement.
Promote momentum and rapid hearing care uptake in the first 36months from launch through team engagement and delivery ofexceptional hearing care and marketing plans.
Manage andmonitor our 12month marketing and business development plan foreach new practice to ensure growth sales to target andsuccess.
Conduct biannual 360º reviews in eachpartner practice to agree on strategies for continuousimprovement.
Monitor the implementation of the businessand marketing plan to ensure ROI.
Identify potential newpartners.
Support audiologists to become respectedvalued and integrated team members of each partnerpractice.
Facilitate the delivery of exceptionalaudiological services that exceed patient and partner expectationsand achieve sales targets.
Assist audiologists inengaging effectively with optical teams to ensure a proactive andpositive team approach to hearing care services aiming for 2 FirstHearing Assessments (FHAs) per clinic day per practice.
Support audiologists in ongoing practice management and achievingsales targets through the 11 Steps to Success Program.
Implement strategies for the development and improvement ofaudiological services
Help audiologists optimize metricss
Promote community engagement
Foster astrong sense of team membership and motivation for success withinyour team of audiologists.
