Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We're looking for a creative and friendly Activities Coordinator to bring joy and engagement to our residents. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Home Manager to design and lead a variety of activities tailored to the interests and needs of our residents.

Position Details
  • Role: Activities Coordinator
  • Hourly Rate: £11.44
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
  • Uniform provided
  • Onsite parking
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize: Create and manage monthly activity programs as well as individual activities, helping residents stay active and maintain their hobbies.
  • Foster Social Connections: Facilitate social activities to ensure residents enjoy their time and form meaningful connections.
  • Maintain Records: Keep detailed documentation of daily activities and engagement.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Driving Licence: Essential for transporting residents or materials.
  • Event Planning Skills: Experience in developing and organizing a variety of events and activities.
  • Creativity and Confidence: A friendly, creative, and confident personality that brings energy to your work.
  • Passion for Elderly Care: A genuine interest in working with elderly residents, helping them live life to the fullest.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
