Relief Chef

We are looking for a talented Relief Chef to work full time Mon - Friday 7am - 3:30pm (some weekends maybe required).

You will act as a relief/floating chef across several of our clients, providing relief as and when needed for holiday, training, or sickness cover. Area's covered London, Slough, Reading, Southampton.

This role is highly visible and will be supporting our higher end functions in London, fine dining events, pop up’s and supporting our Operations Manager for projects. You must be creative and able to maintain high standards of consistency and reliability and be experienced enough to deal with different kitchens and teams - being a team -player is essential, previous contract catering experience is a must.

Having a car is essential for the role, millage will be paid

1. Covering gaps and absences in staff restaurants across the north.
2. Ensuring a consistent service.
3. Experienced in covering kitchens that you may have never visited before.
4. Liaise with clients and customers.
5. Assisting in developing weekly menus.
