Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Receptionist to join our team at New Pines Holiday Home Park in Rhyl, Denbighshire. Hourly rate of £11.44

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be 16 hours across 2 days which will be Saturday and Sunday.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Sales Receptionist will

•               Handle all telephone and personal enquiries courteously and promptly.

•               Meet and greet all guests, with the provision of refreshments when required.

•               Deal with all customer queries and complaints immediately and courteously

•               Accurate cash handling.

•               Ensure all resort information is up to date and relevant.

•               Provide admin support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.  Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential for this role. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.

Desired Criteria
