Product Owner Location: Richmond VA/ Norfolk VA /Atlanta GA / MasonOH Shift: EST/CSTWork Model: Hybrid (Min 23 Days onsite per week from day01) Bachelors degree in Computer Science ComputerEngineering or a software related discipline.
  • A Masters degree in a related field is anadded plus
  • Experienced in SAFe methodologyclosely worked with business expertise in building the product roadmap.
  • Ability to do data analysis slice/dicedata to come up with insights to determine the product increments /features in road map.
  • Experience working inchat bot / conversational AI related projects.
  • Genuinely excited about processes have a strong interestin learning and playing with the latest methodologies.
  • Experience in Healthcare domain is mandatory.
  • Experience in Mobile app Dev experience is mandatory.
  • Overall Experience level: 10 years in IT withmin 2 years as a Product Owner.
  • 3 years ofexperience working in an Agile team.
  • Experienced in SAFe methodology closely worked withbusiness expertise in building the product road map
  • Ability to do data analysis slice/dice data to come upwith insights to determine the product increments / features inroad map
  • Experience working in chat bot /conversational AI related projects
  • Translatebusiness strategy into product strategy
  • Defining the vision: The purpose of the product isdefined in the product vision.
  • Managing theproduct backlog.
  • The primary responsibilityof the role of a Product Owner is managing the product backlog.
  • Prioritizing and Ordering Items in theProduct Backlog: Another area where the product owner focusses onis to prioritize the needs of the stakeholders.
  • Overseeing development stages.
  • Oncewe have the basic entities in place vision product backlog and theprioritization the product owner has to make sure that he/she isparticipating.
  • Anticipating client needs. Intodays competitive environment it is important for someone in therole of a Product Owner to understand the client/customersneeds.
  • Manage product profitability andcommercial success own the business case.
  • Provide insight to stakeholders on the product andmarket.
  • Provide product marketing withinsights on key differentiators and messages.
  • Support the Scrum team.
  • Manage allaspects of inlife products including customer feedback requirementsand issues.
