The Role


Realise are recruiting for Trainee Early Years Trainer Assessors, covering learners in the Cornwall region.

As a Trainee, your focus will be tosupport learners to reach their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5apprenticeships or AEB short courses. As the first point of contact for yourlearners you will provide the support they need to flourish through their learningjourney with Realise. Not having an assessing and/or teaching qualification isn't a problem, as we can run you through this at the beginning of your employment with us.

Whilst we can’t promise that every daywill be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:

- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face andremotely. (Reduced caseload while a trainee)

- Delivering a range of award-winningqualifications

- Creating appropriate solutions foryour learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and developtheir interests and career

- Utilising our e-portfolio system toeffectively manage the learner journey

About You

- A Level 3 qualification in EarlyYears, or equivalent is essential

- Significant occupational competencyin an Early Years setting
