WHAT TO EXPECT:
International Upgrade is part of New Model Programmes, based at Fen End and also has a requirement for overseas working. International Upgrade is responsible for upgrading all saleable Pre-Production (TT / PP) vehicles for all vehicle programmes to an external customer saleable condition post Job #1.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Responsibility within the International Upgrade Team for fully preparing, reviewing, sign off and releasing step by step detailed rework instruction sheets on all new vehicle programmes. Actively involved to ensure that the workshop meets with Health and safety, Environmental standards. Supporting pre-build events to gain understanding of vehicle assembly. Prepare Bill of materials for vehicles prior to processing Trial vehicle validation of physical reworks Training identification for technicians based on rework required. Working closely with engineering teams to understand issues and the resolutions.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle assembly PC literate (use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) Valid driving licence Previous vehicle rework experience Previous Off-track area / vehicle servicing experience
