Petersham
Nurseries in Covent Garden are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Head Sommelier to join our vibrant team at The Petersham
Restaurant in Covent Garden.



What we are looking for:



  • Previous experience in a Sommelier position
  • Exceptional service standards
  • Good Spoken English Level
  • Minimum WSET Level 2 or above
  • Italian Wine Knowledge
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and concisely
  • An engaging personality
  • Exceptionally well-groomed
  • Ability to work well under pressure
