Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Fitness Instructor
to join our dedicated team, working a maximum of 16 hours a week. The
successful candidate will be responsible for leading fitness classes, providing
personalized training, and ensuring guests and members receive exceptional
service and support in their fitness journeys. This role requires a hands-on
approach, exceptional motivational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Your role in our family:

Be responsible for
inspiring, monitoring and motivating our clients to achieve their personal
goals through coaching, testing, instructing and supporting their needs

Strive to continually
improve client satisfaction, ensuring high standard consistency are delivered
at all times

Secure bookings, scheduling,
itineraries

Deliver all SOP’s as
instructed

Motivate and inspire clients
to achieve their goals

Deliver small group express
classes on the gym floor

Devise training programs for
members

Body composition tests and
advise on programs and diet adjustments

Complete class cover during
instructors ‘holidays and arrange class cover when this is not possible

Complete personal training
sessions with members and guests and plan sessions tailored to their fitness
goals

Develop own client base

- Past experience as a Fitness Instructor with a minimum of
3 years in a similar environment.
- Relevant fitness certifications and qualifications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of fitness equipment and safety protocols.
- Very flexible approach towards working hours – i.e.
including weekends.
- Loyal and trustworthy, honest, positive, responsible, very
committed, passionate.
