In Offshore Service Resources (OSR), we provide resources across the business to areas such as upgrades, main components, blade service and the service organisation. The blade supervisor will assist various projects across the fleet with repairs, inspections, campaigns and improvements.

Responsibilities

Compliance to Vestas Safe System of work and support HSE where needed Lead teams of internal and external technicians Project day to day planning and execution, including daily toolbox talks, vessel co-ordination Ensuring documentation is up to date and support where improvements is needed, registering of consumed parts and ordering tools, ensuring time registrations are correct and approved Evaluation and supervision of repair work of paint and fiber damages. Support planning, management and deployment of resources Flexible, adaptable and committed to the role

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years Industry experience with WTG's Good knowledge on Blade structures and materials Fiber repair skills Desirable : Technical education qualification (mechanical / electrical)

Competencies

Good communication, fluent English skills - verbal and written Quality focused Administration skills Good IT skills : MS Office, CRM, SAP Good process understanding Delegation skills
