This is a great opportunity to gain human resources experience within a large, fast paced and market leading organisation. You will sit in our world class Employee Services team providing HR guidance and administrative support to operational colleagues across the country.

Your core responsibilities
- Handle HR and payroll data in compliance with data privacy regulations and with strict adherence to confidentiality. Maintaining data in the relevant HR systems, spreadsheets and folders.
- Process of HR and payroll transactions in compliance with local work instructions and operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and delivery against required service levels. Updating of case information and associated liaison with line managers and employees.
- Day to day handling of HR queries and provision of HR advice, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Dealing with calls, emails, post and chat.
- Preparation of correspondence and documentation, including employment contracts.
- Support for process improvements and projects across the HR function, including the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support project requirements.
- Liaising with internal and external parties in the completion of duties.
- Support for recruitment, learning and development teams on placement.
- Support for business facing HR teams on placement.

Our essential requirements
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (9 to 5)
- Confident IT skills including Outlook Excel and Word
- Proactive and well organised with excellent attention to detail

HR Business Partners or Advisers can work in any size of organisation. They will be using their HR expertise to provide and lead the delivery of HR solutions to business challenges, together with tailored HR advice to the business, typically to mid-level and senior managers. These professionals will often be required to make decisions and recommendations on what the business can or should do in a specific situation.
