Sales and Education Advisor: London region – Field based – £21-30,

If you do, this is your chance to join a rapidly-growing beauty brand with a loyal, global following. Acting as brand ambassador to retail teams and consumers, you will go above and beyond to deliver best-in-class customer service, engagement and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide training and education for retail staff across London Organise events and activities to drive customer engagement and sales Build strong relationships with retail staff to promote brand knowledge and product expertise Deliver exceptional customer service, increasing sales and loyalty Meet sales targets and suggest plans to help achieve KPIs Conduct product demonstrations and makeovers to drive sales conversions Reporting, merchandising, problem-solving, and embodying the brand’s values

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within the beauty/cosmetics industry An outgoing, energetic people-person who loves traveling around the region Top-notch people skills and a real knack for outstanding customer service Committed to tracking sales and hitting targets every time Genuine passion for the beauty industry, flexible to work weekends and busy shopping periods
