We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join us here at Octavius.
We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
We have some excellent opportunities for Multi Skilled Operatives to join our Infrastructure business based in the Rail team in the Kent and Sussex areas. The purpose of the role is to carry out maintenance works efficiently and to the required standard in compliance with all statutory, regulatory and company policies and procedures. Works are to be carried out in a safe manner to achieve the required programme, whether this is reactive or planned works.
The role will be based at various sites across the Kent and Sussex areas so some travel will be required.

You'll bring… (your wealth of experience & qualifications)
We are keen to speak to candidates who are qualified in one or more of the standard civils building trades such as bricklaying, carpentry or general small civils repairs like tarmac laying or pothole repairs. Previous railway experience across a broad range of maintenance would be an advantage but training will be provided to the right candidates. You will require a CSCS card and PTS so already holding these would be an advantage, however, this is not essential.
