NURSERY ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Tops Wimborne, Wimborne, Dorset

Pay rate: Up to £11.45 per hour (plus Bank Holiday and Qualification enhancements available)

Contracted Hours:  35 hours per week/Full Time

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Nursery Administrator’s will communicate with parents to collect outstanding payments and liaise with Head office, create new records and maintain existing children’s data and enter shift bookings and create batch weeks and ensure that the Manager is aware of any appointments in their diary/calendar, and other administrative tasks. The list is endless, but you’ll understand that some days might be challenging, but you’ll also laugh, have fun and make lasting memories with our children at one of the most important development stages of their life

In joining us, you’ll also become part of our extended family. You’ll work alongside other team members who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to all those who work in our Nurseries.

Tops Wimborne Nursery is an 80 place Day Nursery & Pre-School situated in Leigh Road, Wimborne. The nursery run several extra-curricular activities including Tops Forest School, cooking school, Boogie Mites, yoga, meditation and much more We’re rated 9.2 by daynurseries.co.uk and graded GOOD by OFSTED

ABOUT YOU

Some of the primary skills we are looking for will be someone will include;

Have proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an office environment Be computer literate Good knowledge of Microsoft packages Have excellent customer service skills due to being the first point of contact for all visitors The ability to stay calm under pressure Have experience with petty cash
