Ourclient a provider of supported living services for over 25 years iscurrently seeking an experienced Registered Manager for theirfastpaced supported living care management team at theirPeterborough head office.

You will beworking with the Team Leader and accountable for daytodaymanagement of your services reporting to the Group OperationsManager. As a Registered Service Manager you will be responsiblefor the safe and effective running of your allocated services. Youwill ensure service users are supported in a person centred wayacheiving the outcomes of their assessed support plans andpromoting independence at all times. You will be managing your teameffectively safely and inline with the company's policiesand procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience supporting adults withlearning disabilities autism and challenging behaviour in a seniorrole
  • Level 5 NVQ/QCF in care or level 4 RMA orworking towards
  • Full UK driving license withaccess to own vehicle
  • Good level of ITknowledge use of a digital management system androsters.
  • Flexible approach to work hourstypical office hours will usually apply but you may been to beavailable for events or oncall.
