TPF Recruitment is recruitingfor an Accountancy Practice Tax Manager on behalf of our highlyreputable and growing client based in Brighton Worthing Chichester& Gatwick. Our client is one of the most respected firms ofchartered accountants in Sussex; they boast a fantastic reputationand have an exciting client base made up of clients within theentertainment sector. These include actors and artists sportsprofessionals bloggers vloggers and YouTubers to name a few. Youwill have exposure to some fascinating work servicing thisprestigious clientbase.

Responsibilitieswouldinclude:

  • Workingwithin the Private Client Servicesteam
  • Managingown portfolio ofclients
  • Workingon tax compliance relating to the client portfolio including workon annual tax returns and associated tax advice toclients.
  • Providesupport to others in the team where they need help especiallyduring busierperiods
  • Preparingtechnical analysis and involving specialists within the team whereappropriate to prepare or review taxadvice.
  • Workwith client administrators to ensure client administration and riskprocedures are completedappropriately
  • Workingwith local solicitors to assist them with tax matters on theirclients.
  • Thereis an opportunity to work on corporate tax matters and otherbusinessrelatedtaxes.
  • Abilityto identify and resolve technical issues or escalate asappropriate


RequirementsTheidealcandidate:
  • WouldbeCTAqualifiedbut would consider applicants whoareATT/ACCA/ACAqualifiedwith Taxexperience
  • Wouldhave experience with trusts and estates but notessential
  • Strongcommunication and teamworkskills
  • Excellentorganisationalskills
  • Havethe confidence to speak to clients either face to face or on thetelephone
  • Professionalcompetence
  • Beflexible and creative and willing to drive forward newideas
