OBJECTIF DU ROLE :

Sous la direction du superviseur de gestion des cas, le/la titulaire du poste chargé(e) de la protection de l'enfance est membre de l'équipe de gestion des cas de Save the Children (SC) dans la zone où il est déployé. Il/elle sera responsable de la mise en œuvre de la gestion globale des cas et des activités de réunification familiale, ainsi que de la coordination avec le personnel de Save the Children International et les parties prenantes impliquées dans la protection, la recherche des familles et la réunification familiale, y compris le personnel chargé de la mobilisation communautaire pour la protection de l'enfance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diplôme en Sciences Sociales, travail social, Psychologie ou d’autres domaines connexes. Bonnes capacités de communication ; maîtrise du créole et du français.

EXPERIENCES

Expérience de travail et de communication avec les enfants. Excellente compréhension technique de la protection de l'enfance et des approches communautaires. Excellente compréhension technique de la protection de l'enfance (en particulier de la gestion des dossiers) et des approches communautaires y compris du processus de FTR. Capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches et à diriger une équipe pour obtenir des résultats Engagement à l'égard des objectifs et des principes du comité de surveillance.  Bonne compréhension du mandat de Save the Children et de la priorité accordée aux enfants, et capacité à veiller à ce qu'ils continuent à être le fondement de notre soutien. Compréhension du développement des organisations de la société civile locale. Capacité à se rendre dans des situations d'urgence difficiles/complexes selon les besoins. Volonté de travailler occasionnellement en dehors des heures normales de travail pendant les situations d'urgence.
