At Christchurch View and Loyd House, we specialise in post-acute rehabilitation and the management of long-term neurological conditions. Our dedicated team provides life-changing care and therapy services for individuals with complex needs, and we are passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where every person we support can live their best life.
We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Technician to support therapy delivery across these two neighbouring sites. This role offers an opportunity to work as part of a skilled and experienced multidisciplinary team, providing personalised care and support to help service users achieve their rehabilitation goals.

What you'll be working:
This role is 22.5 hours (3 days) per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist therapists in delivering tailored therapy programs
- Undertake assessments and treatments for residents who have been screened by a therapist and deemed appropriate for Technician intervention
- Take responsibility for a caseload of residents, assessing, devising and implementing treatment programs
- Lead or facilitate one-to-one and group therapy sessions
- Monitor, record, and report on service user progress
- Help with therapy equipment setup and maintenance
- Encourage client engagement and participation in therapy activities
- Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights

What you'll have:
- Previous experience in a healthcare, therapy, or rehabilitation setting is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and proactive approach to patient care
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
