We're looking for a Facilities Contract Manager to join our PFI contract based on Educational sites across Kent.

 

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Contract: Full Time, Permanent.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in the delivery of the contract, working with the Senior Contract Manager to effectively manage relationships with the Client and other key stakeholders in line with performance and contractual measures.

Your day to day will include:

  • Planning, prioritising and delegating workloads to achieve contract objectives
  • Ensuring all monthly reports and forms are completed and forwarded to appropriate departments and clients
  • Developing strategies to fully maximise the benefits available from the utilisation of directly employed and subcontractors
  • Managing a team of workforce including administration and subcontractor management

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:

  • You have an in-depth knowledge and experience in building services, statutory regulations and compliance
  • You have good understanding of Health & Safety
  • You have proven experience in the PFI Facilities Management sector
