We are currently looking for a progressive leader to support the growth and success of Slalom’s new Commercial Strategy practise. This is a new, important, and high-profile role in a company that lives its purpose and values through its 13,000+ employees. This role will provide thought leadership to clients and colleagues, setting strategic direction for Slalom – reporting to our head of Commercial Strategy. This opportunity is for an experienced and motivated leader.

Job Title: Commercial Strategy, Director

What You Will Do

Lead Slalom’s supplier management processes including sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor managementDesign and implement commercial solutions that are tailored to client needs through: Rate cards, Discounts, Growth Based Incentives, and Shared SavingsBe an integral part of growing a dynamic area of our business and shape how and where we supportLead commercial negotiations that transform our client’s business and see the positive impact that your work has on our clients and SlalomBuild trusting and collaborative relationships with your internal stakeholdersPartner with our Global Client Partners, Client Partners other Commercial Strategy Leaders & to architect and design collaborative solutions.Provide analytic insights to improve commercial performance (compliance, security, financial, legal/contract, HR, etc.)Work with a fun, collaborative team where everyone can be themselves and is provided the opportunity to love their lifeLead and/or participate in internal Slalom events or initiatives
