You willmanage your own client portfolio across accounts and tax but therewill also be an opportunity to get involved in technical advisoryservices such as consolidated accounts cashflows corporate financevaluations etc. You will report directly to the partners and thereis a fantastic opportunity to progress within this growingaccountancy practice to Director level andbeyond.

You willcurrently be working in a medium to large independent practicelooking for a progressive opportunity or in a Top 10/ Big 4 firmlooking to join an ambitious independent practice that can offer afantastic career path and excellent remunerationpackage.

Roles& Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant/ Client Manager

• Accountspreparation and review for a wide range ofcompanies.
  
• Preparationand review of both corporate tax and personal taxreturns.
  
• Reviewingwork completed by junior members of theteam.
  
• Advisingclients on tax and advisory matters and being their first point ofcontact.
  
• Supportingclients with adhoc project work such as consolidated accountscashflows corporate financeetc.
  
• Workingclosely with the partners and the team to ensure that clients getthe best service andadvice.
  

Requirements

• QualifiedACA/ACCA with at least 3 years of general practice experience at amediumlarge independent practice top 10 or big 4practice.
  
• Mustbe competent in all aspects of accounts and taxationwork
  
• Befully conversant with accounting and tax standards and demonstrateskilled commercialacumen
  
• Abilityto prioritise work on own initiative and meetdeadlines
  
• Haveexcellent IT skills; MS Office and preferably knowledge of IrisSage andXero
  
• Be anexcellent communicator both verbally and inwriting
