Role description:

Primary objective of this position is to work as SAP CALM Architect & Lead for Satellite Project

Key responsibilities:

1. Key responsibility is to provide the architectural support and solutioning for various SAP S/4 upgrade and enhancements projects including its execution

2. Design, implementation, testing, and go-live of SAP Cloud ALM module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction

3. Hands-on experience in SAP-Cloud ALM projects is highly preferable

4. To facilitates the design, implementation, testing, and go-live of SAP Cloud ALM module to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction

5. Collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver the implementation

6. Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives, to SAP Cloud ALM solution and where necessary identify, design and create specifications for workarounds

7. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them into SAP Cloud ALM requirements with ability to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions

8. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise domain knowledge with technology skills

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

1. Strong knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM operations with preferably exposer on SAP Solution Manager experience.

2. Strong experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations in S4 HANA of with SAP Cloud ALM operations & SAP Solution Manager experience.

3. Good exposer in SAP Cloud ALM operations & SAP Solution Manager functionalities

4. At least 5+ years of experience SAP Cloud ALM operations hands-on configuration

experience, and a background in finance or accounting will be a plus.

5. SAP Cloud ALM operations & configuration experience will be an asset

6. Experience and knowledge of key

integration points between SAP Cloud ALM and other modules within SAP

7. Additionally, SAP solution Manager experience would be an asset.

8. Knowledge in Retail business processes, especially around promotions and deals.

9. Engage in driving demos and prototypes to deliver enhanced value from SAP Cloud ALM module.

10. Configuration, monitoring and performance tuning and troubleshooting of the SAP Cloud ALM application Experience supporting, maintaining, and managing SAP Cloud ALM system.

  • Should be a very good team player where one

  • should take care of himself, Team and customer

  • Should have desire to groom the given team to next level

  • Client facing, Conduct Integration workshops,

  • Regular communication with the client & Team.

  • Participate in meetings effectively and ownactions as applicable as the face of TCS to Customer
