Job Description

From simple housekeeping to companionship, personal care, and dementia care, we always add our personal touch. As a Home Instead Carer you will be trained to deliver all services to your client.

We are looking for people who have some time to cover evenings visits during the week. Peak hours are between 4.00 PM - 9.00 PM. If you have any spare time to be matched to a client on a one to one basis then this is the prefect opportunity for you. We can also offer a 12 hour guaranteed contract for those who have the full availability the cover the week. 

Companionship. Home help and housekeeping. Personal care. Respite care. Specialist care. Dementia care. Assisting with mobility. Assisting with medication. Meal planning and preparation. Accompanying to and from appointments. Shopping and external activities. Working remotely from home travelling to clients in the local area.

Whether you have experience in care or are just starting out, you will find unparalleled support, training, and guidance to help you establish and progress your career in care.

Qualifications

No formal experience of qualifications required. We will provide full in-house training. You will also do shadow visits before engaging with your client alone. Here at Home Instead your learning and development never ends. You will be highly skilled and deliver qulaity care. 

Additional Information

Location: Although we like to keep you working as close to home as possible, however please be aware our clients are situated across the following postcodes: BR5, DA14, BR8, DA4, DA3, DA13, TN15, & TN14. 


Salary: rate of £12.50 - £13 per hour. You will also receive an additional £11.44 (pro-rata) for your travel time and 30 p per mile for fuel.
