Assisting the Phlebotomy Manager in the the day to day running of the Phlebotomy service.Do you have the skills and personality to join our phlebotomy team?University Hospitals Dorset has an opening for an experienced Senior Phlebotomist at our Poole site.Do you have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills? Will you be able to work within a team and under your own initiative in this busy service?This role is physically demanding, requiring you to have great attention to detail and accuracy when performing venepuncture. As a senior phlebotomist you will be expected to perform to a high standard, be flexible, supportive and be a trusted point of contact for the team.If you looking for a new challenge? Then this is the role for you.One full time post at 37.5 hours per week.The service operates between 07.00-16:30 Monday to Friday; 7.00-12.00 Saturday and Sunday and includes bank holidays.
