We’re looking for a Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join our Theatres at London Bridge Hospital - Private Care Guy's currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. The theatres across our facilities, provide a vibrant, exciting, and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none.

Private Care at Guy's is part of London Bridge Hospital, it has four Operating Theatres offering a wide range of surgeries including Robotics, Urology and Gynaecology. Equipped with three state-of-the-art DaVinci Surgical Systems, our theatres boast one of the largest multi-specialty private robotic programmes in the UK. With 49 patient bedrooms and four Level 3 ICU beds we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care, delivering a level of care rarely found in the private sector.

Successful candidates will be part of a large theatre team of colleagues, experienced professionals. London Bridge has a successful track record of career progression, offering support and development to those seeking to aspire higher or widen their knowledge.

With 160 beds, 28 ICU beds and 10 operating theatres we offer our patients exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care and have use of the latest technologies and healthcare innovations.

As a Theatre Practitioner Scrub in the Theatre, you’ll Participate fully as a team member, including working in all areas of the theatre suite, sharing knowledge and information and supporting colleagues, to promote a cohesive team and the achievement of team objectives

What you’ll bring:

Current HCPC/NMC Registration Post graduate experience in Theatres 12 months Surgical (scrub) experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to motivate others
