Thebusiness provides a range of assurance and business services to adiverse client base ranging from small businesses and startups tosubstantial international groups. Their client portfolio includesbusinesses from a variety of different industry sectors bothprivate and publicly listed businesses with a national remit butprimarily focused on the SouthEast from their Sussex Office. Joiningthe Reigate team as a VAT Manager / Senior Manager you will workwithin a regional team responsible for providing a mixed VATcompliance and advisory service as wellas:

  • Thesuccessful candidate will have the opportunity to lead in specificsectors dependent on their own areas of expertise andinterests.
  • Thisrole is not just delivery. The successful candidate will have theopportunity to gain exposure to marketing and business developmenttoo should theywish.
  • Ourclient regularly provides client updates at physical events andwebinars.
  • Thisrole will report into the VAT Partner and there is the opportunityfor progression to director andbeyond.
  • Ateam of junior staff below this position and you will oversee andsupport them with their work anddevelopment.
  • Thereis a significant amount of interaction with other lines of services(tax audit corporate financeetc).


Requirements
  • Youwill be ACA/ACCA or ATT/ CTA qualified or qualified with experiencewith a strong background in indirect/VAT tax with experience gainedwithin an accountancy practice environment orHMRC.
  • Youwill have extensive VAT compliance and/or advisoryexperience.

VAT Director in Reigate: You will have significant experienceproviding VAT advice, working within a practice environment,in-house, or at HMRC.
