Our Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking
for a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager. You will have a
digital first mindset and be able to constantly seek innovative ways to enliven
and connect with our global community via digitally driven campaigns.

Working as a key part of an in-house
Communications team, reporting to the Head of Communications, you will devise
and implement a digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including
website, membership app, social media, e-newsletters, and partnerships. You
will build effective campaigns
to raise awareness, acquire new leads and drive conversion – aligning with
visitorship, membership and occupancy KPIs.

You will be responsible for day-to-day management
and updates to the website and membership app, formulating and scheduling our
weekly e-newsletter and other direct email marketing. You will collaborate with
our social content team to support campaigns with engaging short video, live
broadcast and a strong call to action.



This is an exciting time to join a consumer-centric,
data driven team in which you can leverage your digital acumen to translate
insights into impactful initiatives that elevate performance to new heights. 

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Working
    with Head of Communications to devise and implement a digital marketing
    strategy, which aligns with core business objectives and KPIs.
  • Day
    to day management of website, updating and improving as necessary to grow users
    and conversion.
  • Day
    to day management of the membership app, working alongside our digital services
    department to improve functionality, grow daily users and improve retention.
  • Working
    with our in-house design team to formulate and schedule a weekly e-newsletter
    (using Hubspot) and other direct email marketing.
  • Utilising
    CRM tools to segment and target different audiences.
  • Using
    Google analytics and other data sources to review, refine and improve
    performance across all channels.
  • Collaborating
    with the social media manager and in-house videographer to produce engaging
    content and live broadcast, across our own channels, Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube.
  • Directing
    copy writer or producing copy as required for all digital marketing channels.
  • Driving
    digital marketing initiatives and partnerships, with targeted outcomes or
    objectives.
