As a Job Coach, you will be part of the Welcome Team delivering a first-class service to provide residents a high-quality and personalised service to ensure they receive full support, enabling them to move closer to and into good quality employment. You will have passion to help others by effective job coaching and supporting people into work.

Who are we looking for?

 You will need to be excellent at developing positive working relationships, an effective communicator, able to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds, disabilities, and mental health, and crucially have the skills and ability to listen, understand and identify how you can support each customer in a positive manner.

You will meet and greet customers and form part of the Welcome Team to triage each customer, identify needs, provide support and be solution focused.
