We have a very excitingopportunity for a Facilities Coordinator / Front of house workingin a prestigious commercial building in Watford only 2 mins fromthe Train station. This is a fantastic opportunity for the rightperson with reception / Front of House / Facilitiesexperience.

Facilities CoOrdinator dutiesincluding answering telephone calls to take messages and promptattention to answering enquires in support of the management teamand colleagues of all levels. Taking pride in your job deliveringexcellent customer service to visitors tenants andcolleagues.

MainDuties

Supporting the team withother ad hoc duties as required

Answering callsand dealing appropriately and in a welcoming and professionalmanner

Adherence to strict levels ofconfidentiality in respect of tenants andcustomers

Maintain positive workingrelationships with all tenants

Updating andmaintaining the shared drive

To undertake othermiscellaneous duties relating to general service as requested bymanagement

Ensure appropriate risk assessmentsare being adhered to by site staff asappropriate

Person

To be able to communicate with customers colleagues and visitorsfluently in English

To have a working knowledgeof own Health and Safety responsibilities

Competent in using Microsoft Office packages able to efficientlymaintain filing systems and use specialist softwareprograms

To have a working knowledge of ownHealth and Safety responsibilities including Manual HandlingDisplay Screen Equipment

Observant and able tocomplete accurate reports

NVQ 2 or above inrelated Business Administration qualification or equivalentexperience

Working knowledge of entrepreneurialfastpaced flexible retail/office environment
