About the Corporate Team
The Corporate Team is highly regarded for its expertise and works with a wide range of clients, including ambitious entrepreneurs and mid-market enterprises. The team specialises in:

  • Mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Corporate restructuring and finance.
  • Management buyouts/buy-ins and more.

Recognised in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the team is known for its tailored, strategic advice that drives business success.

The Role
The successful candidate will:

  • Manage a mixed caseload of corporate matters independently.
  • Work closely with partners on complex, high-value transactions, taking on significant responsibilities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, including trainees and newly qualified solicitors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on their business and commercial goals.

What the Firm is Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in corporate law. (PQE of 2-6 years is ideal, but flexibility will be considered.)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
  • A passion for client success and the ability to think commercially.
  • A team player who values mentorship and collaboration.
