This role involves handling a range of insurance claims, both international and domestic. Our client list is prestigious and growing. We also advise prestigious corporate clients, either through insurance work or directly.
We act for a large number of insurers, many of whom are household names, dealing with complex, catastrophic and large loss claims. The team deals with a range of files including EL/PL matters.
We are seeking applications from candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience who are able to demonstrate a real interest in employer's liability, public liability and catastrophic injury work, and who will have gained experience of handling higher value defendant personal injury files either in their own right or as assistants to more senior lawyers. We are seeking a team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
