Veterinary Receptionist - Argyll Veterinary Clinic

We have an exciting opportunity to expand the reception team at Argyll Vets at our sites in Barnstaple and Braunton

As a receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work within a team, sometimes under high pressure.

Previous veterinary receptionist experience would be preferable but not essential as full training will be given.

Main duties would include:

Answering the telephone and booking appointments Dealing with clients at the reception desk, taking payments and dealing with enquiries. Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable. Cleaning duties are involved. 25 hours per week Including Saturdays

Majority of the shifts will be at our Braunton branch, one shift a week will be at our branch practice in Barnstaple so transportation is essential.
