The company has an opportunity for a Warehouse Assistant working out of our Reflex Labels site at Ratby Lane, Leicester.

This full-time permanent role offers a fantastic Monday to Friday schedule, with 40 hours per week from 8 am to 4 pm. As a key member of our bustling warehouse department, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Warehouse Manager with day-to-day operations and contributing to projects aimed at driving continual improvements, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace environment.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Proficiently loading and unloading vehicles using the appropriate equipment.Ensuring the safe and timely handling of items during loading and unloading processes.Collaborating on the preparation of daily shipments to our valued customers.Upholding correct packaging procedures, such as effective shrink wrapping techniques.In addition to these tasks, you'll be entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse area, while consistently adhering to strict safety practices.

As part of our tight-knit team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other team members, allowing you to develop your skills and autonomy in the role. A proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial attributes for success in this position.

While prior warehousing experience is essential, we require evidence of the necessary licenses, including Reach Truck (RT) or Counterbalance (CB). While experience with Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT) is advantageous, we're open to providing training in certain areas for candidates who meet our other criteria.
