Job summary

We are looking forenthusiastic, flexible and well-motivated individuals to work within our busy Practice team covering our three branch sites. Previous GP reception and or knowledge of EMISWeb would be a distinct advantage. However full in house training will beprovided.

Main duties of the job

The role involves working onthe front reception desk greeting patients, dealing with queries, telephonecalls, making appointments, registering new patients, recalling patients fortest results, and other administrative duties such as producing letters.

Job responsibilities

Hours: Varied Shifts between8:00am to 8:00pm Monday - Friday. Various hour block shifts are availablefor: hours per week 22 Hours per week and hours per week worked on afixed rota basis. Therefore flexibility is essential as hours may change tocover annual leave/sickness etc.
