What will the job involve?
Being a positive and motivational role model for our Support Workers Interviewing and training new employees to a high standard Identifying opportunities for further staff training and development through the use of observation and supervisions Producing and implementing quality staff rotas Communicating company information and updates to the relevant parties Ensuring all reports are completed for regulatory bodies, including CQC/HSE Reporting all safeguarding concerns to the local authorities safeguarding board and CQC if relevant Maintaining and quality checking records to ensure care plans and risk assessments are kept up to date Ensuring the dignity, respect, safety and well-being of all people we support is maintained to protect them from all forms of abuse in conjunction with the Company’s Policy and Procedures/ Care Standards guidelinesWhat can we offer YOU?
