As the Director of Communications, you will undertake a pivotal role in collaboration with the Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) Leadership team, where your primary focus will be on building and evolving a comprehensive global executive communications framework. This framework will serve as a critical mechanism in supporting business change and transformation endeavours, while also enabling us to effectively communicate the ISD value proposition and engagement model to our internal stakeholders and partners.
In this capacity, your strategic acumen will be paramount, as you craft communication strategies tailored to meet the changing needs of our organization. Your role will require a deep understanding of our business operations, providing you with exposure to a spectrum of new and complex challenges that will test your analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications
To make a significant impact in this role, you will possess the following:
Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that effectively engage internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to manage and coach diverse global teamsExperience in an enterprise scale technology, consulting or services organisation Part of an organization's leadership team or reporting directly to it Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
As the Director of Communications for ISD, you will play a central role in shaping our organisation's narrative and enhancing our external and internal communication efforts. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Owning, managing, and overseeing the execution of the ISD external and internal communications strategy. Managing the planning and orchestrating of internal and external virtual, hybrid and in-person org events. Running the ISD executives’ social media strategy and overseeing channel management alongside your team and agency partners Supporting the development and creation of the CVP’s executive presentations for internal and external engagements. Coaching and supporting your team as they deliver on the ISD communication plans, directing agency (including social media agencies) and production teams as needed. Creating a diverse and inclusive environment in which your team can thrive and develop their careers. Guiding the team’s thought leadership initiatives to strengthen ISD’s positioning. This will involve developing innovative campaigns to generate momentum, and ensuring a consistent voice across channels. Developing fresh stories that drive a positive perception of ISD, while also providing direction on story formats.
