Our Trustee Executives support and manage our clients, often alongside a Senior Trustee Executive. You will act as a client manager or as support to the client manager, managing aspects of service delivery along with associated commercial considerations. You will be responsible for generating profit within ZEDRA and managing the margin on their fixed fee clients.

You will have an area of specialism where you help to develop other team members. Usually qualified, or working towards qualification, through the Pensions Management Institute, technical pensions knowledge is developed through both on-the-job and external training seminars and conferences.

Knowledge & Experience

The Trustee Executive will be required to have more than 5 years technical pensions knowledge.

Personal Attributes

The successful Trustee Executive will put their clients, and the ZEDRA client teams, at the centre of everything they do, building relationships and exceeding expectations, they will be flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures and will have excellent prioritisation and time management skills. They will be self-motivated and focused on exceeding targets and goals and be supportive and respectful to their teams and colleagues.

The successful applicant will demonstrate ZEDRA values and, furthermore, have a high level of personal and interpersonal skills, building relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

The Trustee Executive will preferably be an Associate or working towards Associateship of the Pensions Management Institute or equivalent professional body.
