About the Role

In this pivotal role you will oversee all aspects ofkitchen operations from menu creation to staff management. WorkingHours

  • Maintain highstandards of food hygiene and safety (Level 2 Hygiene Certificationrequired)

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef orKitchen Manager in a highvolumekitchen

  • Knowledge of foodsafety regulations and bestpractices

  • Level 2 HygieneCertification

  • Ability towork under pressure and handle multiple taskssimultaneously
