We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Administration Lead to work for our client in Manchester. In this role, you will lead a team of data administrations to provide high-level administrative services to our clients partners.

Data Administration Lead responsibilities include:

Oversee the onboarding process and set up of new clients Cross check data across systems for errors and inaccuracies Line management and career development of data administrators Accountable for the Anti-Money Laundering process for clients to comply with both new and existing client reporting requirements Accountable for overseeing the billing process is complete for all clients, including raising bills, running reports and maintaining a detailed tracker of distributed invoices

Experience Required:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy Demonstrable experience of line management and development, including coaching and mentoring to build the team capabilities to enable them to improve performance and fulfil personal potential High levels of IT literacy in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working in a busy corporate environment is essential Ability to understand client billing, HMRC liabilities and other personal tax administration related issues
