About the role

You’ll be:

Supporting and encouraging participants in their recovery journey Working to ensure the community is a homely, welcoming and safe space Ensuring that all participants and peer workers have a space to feel heard and be able to contribute to decisions about the community Mainly lone working, but still an integral part of the wider LEAP team

It may be a small team, but it has a big impact

About You

We are looking for someone who is great at building relationships with people and passionate about supporting others in their recovery journey.

You should also be:

Able to maintain strong professional boundaries Knowledgeable or have lived experience of the issues that lead to or affect addiction An excellent communicator Confident working on your own

How we’ll support you

You’ll be joining an experienced and knowledgeable team who will give you full training on all aspects of your role. There will be great opportunities for you to learn and develop, while sharing your skills and experiences.
