Global Finance Industry Director

This new position offers an exciting opportunity to become a part of a dynamic and pioneering company in the field of full-funnel digital advertising solutions. The global strategic accounts team is a key driver of growth within Teads and we have strategic partnerships with many of the world's top brands in all the key verticals in which we operate.
Based on this success we wish to step change our focus within the Finance sector building on some recent big wins in this vertical. The Global Industry Director needs to have proven experience of digital sales within the Finance sector and their primary responsibility will be to cultivate and enhance both existing and new relationships and partnerships, leading to revenue growth, with the most prominent clients in the Finance industry.
In addition to your work with Finance brands, you will collaborate closely with our Agency Sales teams around the world to manage high-level media agency relationships across your portfolio of brands. You will be seen as a true expert in your field of Finance advertising and expert to upskill all local sales teams at Teads on how best to grow partnerships in this sector.
You will report directly to the VP, Travel/Finance, and your role will be instrumental in contributing to the senior team's development of an advertiser-first strategy.

Evolve and improve Teads Finance sector growth strategy Establish and expand collaborative partnerships with leading Finance brands around the world – driving consistent growth across your account base. Become the go-to expert on the Finance sector, enabling us to tailor solutions that best meet the needs of these advertisers. Ensure Teads is top-of-mind for Finance clients and a vital component of their core media strategy. This involves fostering relationships across all key functions, making sure that key stakeholders are well-versed in our offerings, and striving to establish annual partnerships. Serve as an industry expert to drive vertical and client success by developing thought leadership within the Finance vertical. Craft and deliver consultative sales presentations that leverage your in-depth industry knowledge, awareness of market trends, and Teads' comprehensive full-funnel solutions. Actively contribute to the accumulation of external and internal market intelligence and insights. Take the initiative in engaging with industry committees and participating in conferences to stay at the forefront of industry developments and opportunities.==== Requirements ====
Strong understanding and background in Finance Ability to build relationships with top marketing/media decision-makers Proven experience in collaborative to build long term sustainable partnership growth Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of online video, display, performance and CTV Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower colleagues to achieve objectives with a team approach Strong track record of results delivery and ability to convert business from other media channels Willingness to travel (globally) and work across different time zones Passionate – high energy and enthusiasm.
